This Privacy Policy explains how ShirePath Solutions LLC ("ShirePath," "we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with this website. We built the site to collect as little as possible, and this policy describes what that means in practice.
Who we are and what this covers
ShirePath Solutions LLC is an independent software studio based in Columbia, TN. This policy covers your use of shirepathsolutions.com (the "site"). Paid client engagements are handled under a separate written agreement; any project-specific data practices live in that agreement, not here.
Information we collect
From visitors browsing the site: none. There are no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up, and no accounts. The contact page offers only a phone number and an email link. The blog search box filters posts in your browser and sends nothing back to us.
Collected automatically by our hosting provider. Like any website, ours runs on servers that keep standard request logs. These may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) keeps them briefly for security and reliability. We do not use this data to build a profile of you, and we run no analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.
When you contact us. If you email or call, we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, email address or phone number, and the contents of your message. Email you send us is delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence.
How we use information

That is the whole list. We do not use your information for anything else.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it for anyone's advertising or marketing. We do not use it to train AI models, and we do not track your activity across other websites.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. For security, each page is served with a Content-Security-Policy that uses a one-time value generated on the server for that request; it is not a cookie and cannot be used to identify or follow you.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and our email. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own terms.

Our source code is public and hosted on GitHub, but GitHub receives no visitor data from this site.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track your browsing across other sites, there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" browser signal to turn off. The site behaves the same either way.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites, including our profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies when you visit them.
Children's privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because we collect nothing from visitors in the first place, this is a commitment rather than a hurdle. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We serve the site over HTTPS and apply a strict Content-Security-Policy. The strongest protection here is structural: there is no visitor database to breach, because we do not collect visitor data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security for the messages you choose to send us.
Your choices
Since we hold almost nothing about you, there is little to access, correct, or delete. If you have emailed or called us and want to know what correspondence we hold, or want it corrected or deleted, email conner@shirepathsolutions.com and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the site works or for legal reasons. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes take effect when posted.
